Landline PSA

We are dropping our landline effective Sept. 3. So if you've been phoning us on that line (we're looking at you, parental units) you will be forced to phone us on our cells. If you don't have our phone numbers, drop a comment here or an email and we can update you.

My parents did the same thing... and now I can't call them because the incoming rate on long distance in Canada is ridiculous. I'll call you at work, then?

My phone has been updated. It's funny how quickly things can be removed from someone's life.

Won't it cost you more to receive long distance phone calls?

We've confirmed with Rogers that incoming calls (whether they come from Calgary, Edmonton or the UK) will not be an additional cost to us.

The only time long distance calls will cost us a long distance rate is if we are out of our local calling zone and we receive a call... voice roaming, essentially.

Phewww... you guys had us worried there for a second.
